Photo sharing app

I agree - at each table. Then as they are sitting down taking a break/eating, they will see it instead of having to go back out to the entrance or just forgetting about it.

We used The Guest, and I put info about it everywhere...on our wedding website, in our private Facebook group for invited guests, on a small flyer in the hotel welcome bags, gave extras of those to the person organizing our buses to hand out as people got on, and a small blurb on our program. I think the Welcome Bag is what got the most traction. Not everyone signed up, we only got about 250 pictures from it, but they're fun, and it was free.

I put it on our website and on the information card I included with our hotel welcome
bags. I didn’t include anything at the event because I presumed no one would want to download an app during the wedding as well as they wouldn’t have WiFi to do so. It worked out. Word also got around at the wedding and day after that the app existed, so a few people downloaded and shared after the fact (the app we used had live/real time auto upload sharing but no one utilized that feature)

Good ideas. You can also, email/text (email/text is a ? if you want to go that route) them, put a little note in your invitations or put a note/memo on wedding wire when they rsvp. You have several options that you can use. Everyone has great ideas for you to use.
