Photo guestbook

For those of you that have had/are having a Polaroid guestbook, how did you manage the reloading of film, instructions, etc? We are using the Instax Mini and I’m not really sure how to go about it so people don’t get confused. Did you have somebody kind of standby and help?

*Following* Great question. Sorry I don’t have the answer, but I’m also curious about this. 💕

I just now thought about it. My wedding is about 4 months away and I’m starting to think of all the little things I forgot about! I’m thinking maybe I could find and print out little instructions.

I’m sure there is a good way to do this and I feel like someone on here will eventually respond with a great answer. Or maybe Google has the answer! Lol. I’m also 4 months out (October 9th), but we came so close to being date twins!!! The date we originally chose was October 19th, but our venue was already booked that day and we couldn’t imagine marrying anywhere else, so we decided to say screw it and get married on a Wednesday. 🥰 Anyway, I hope you find the answer and everything comes together for your big day!! Best wishes.

I asked my bridesmaid to keep an eye on it and to make sure people were singing the book and taking pictures and they took this task so serious. We had one pulling the people, another taking the picture and the other one making sure the pictures were in the book and people were singing it. Of course they change the film and stuff.

Will you be having a photobooth? OurDJ also provides photobooth services, his assistant will be running it and basically printing an extra copy (on top of however many copies each group requests for themselves) to stick in our guestbook and before they leave the booth, asking them to sign it if they haven't yet!

You might be able to work that out with the vendor if you do have a photobooth, if you provide the blank guestbook and markers/pens!

I agree with PP where if you have someone keep an eye every now and then to change out the film it should be ok.
