Hello everyone! Are you guys getting a photo booth for your reception and if so, how long will you rent it out for? Thanks!

We aren’t doing one, and I’m sad about it. But the budget didn’t allow so we are trying to think of other creative ways in. We are considering having some Polaroid cameras around but we haven’t figured out the logistics of that yet.

It's a VW bus that was converted into a photo booth! This is the one we are getting: https://pennylanevwphotobus.com/

We're not. I feel like it's overdone and I looked, they have made the wedding planners' "we hope this trend ends" list. 🤣🤣

We actually might do the disposable cameras on the table thing. I did that my 1st wedding but never got them developed. 🤣
The cost of a photo booth doesn't make sense to me.

Yes, we are having a cocktail hour. That’s a great idea, gives them something to do while waiting and snacking. Thank you!

I understand. Great job at trying to stay on budget. I’ve had to pull back on some things as well. I’m like “oh this is getting out of control” 🥴

We're definitely thinking of it, but we're probably only going to do like 3 hours (to start after the dinner)

We did have a photobooth (big hit); we had ours for 4 hours...right after cocktail hour, 8PM-midnight. We have a scrapbook of the photos and they are hilarious. It was nice to see the photos that people took. A perfect keepsake.

Our VW bus that is converted into a photobooth will be at the reception and we booked it for four hours. I think that's enough time for everyone who wants a photostrip to get one.

Yes exactly what we’re doing. We are having a live band so that will help too. I don’t want them to be bored and want to leave lol.

We're doing one, and I believe it is for 3-4 hours. A guestbook is included. So, it would be great to look back at pictures of guests along with their message.
