Hey all! I was thinking instead of a photo booth, getting something like this, hanging it from a stand, and letting people take their own pictures? I just think in our case at our venue a photo booth would go unused and would therefore be a waste of money. We’re getting married at a vineyard in the mountains so perhaps it could be set up to get the mountains in the background or something. Thoughts?

They’re super inexpensive, so even if worst comes to worst and no one uses it, you’re not losing much. I would go for it!

We are doing a selfie station, I think we spent about $40 total on the flowers for the background all the props. We figure even if only a couple of guests use it we will be happy with that. We'll use a camera and tripod or guests can take pictures with their phones. I'll be sure to post how it goes over after our wedding in a couple of weeks.

This is a super cute idea and something simple yet memorable! Plenty of weddings don't have photo booths but pretty much everyone takes selfies so this would be a cute thing to do.
