Phases 1 & 2 complete on card box

Hello, lovelies...as promised a month or so ago, here is the progress on my card box project. The last piece of material is a black brocade which is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I have to buy bling and what not, thinking black rhinestones around the box opening and will be putting something on top that says "Cards"...right now I imagine a place setting type folded card with the writing in elegant scroll. That's subject to change though lol. The top box had to be painted black before input fabric on it because what I bought was a glittered black tulle.


My grandma would be laughing about how much duct tape I ended up using on the inside 😂😂😂😂 thank you to all who provided tips and feedback. I'll post again when it's complete, but I got this much done in about 3 hours.
