This is my dress it is an off white ivory color. I have several of my grandmothers pearl necklaces/earrings and a bracelet that is CZ that I absolutely love and it would mean a lot to me to wear them. Would these clash? My dress has embellishments of pearls and rhinestones.

Wear them. They should make fine since your dress has both rhinestones and pearls.

If your dress has pearls and rhinestones I think they would go fine together. I'm sure no one will notice if they don't, and if it means a lot to you personally, go for it!
