Is anyone heard of a "pay as you go bar" ? Me and fiance are thinking of going this route because open bar is too expensive. would this be proper?

I think I would've done better with consumption bar but it wasn't an option.

@kyle G., illegal in MA as in Massachusetts? Either they've changed it or Ive been to a lot of illegal open bar weddings, and will be having one of my own.
