We are having an outdoor evening reception in a local park ramada but not sure how to decorate? I know for sure I want string lights but any other recommendations?

You can add some impact to your entry with inexpensive drapes from Ikea or just use sheer fabric.
paper lanterns and flowers are also high impact and low cost
or parasols or umbrellas

Its really quite beautiful. PPs suggestions are perfect! You could do great things with that space on a budget.
