Parent gifts

You may be able to find stores that do the engraving same day? Things Remembered is one around me, not sure for where you’re located.
But if not, simple ideas could be earrings or necklace for mother’s that go with their day-of outfit, cuff links or ties for dads. You could also wait and do a post-wedding gift that includes a picture of you with them from the wedding. For day of, can write them a heartfelt letter.
Do you have a helpful bridesmaid that you can delegate this task to, since it sounds like your hands are full?

this helps! All the Things Remembered stores went out of business where I live.
But the post gift is a good idea. I like the idea of that. I can probably get a picture and have a frame personalized.

You could also find things with monograms easily rather than engraved too

Jewelry for mom, watch for dad. Gift card to a nice restaurant. Gift card for any date night really.

We are doing a personalized frame after with a nice picture from the wedding.

You could buy them a mini album and send them photos after your wedding to fill it with, a nice leather one they could put on their mantle or coffee table.

Amazon Prime some "mother of the bride/groom" and "father of the bride/groom" stuff. You might get one-day but definitely two-day shipping and get things by tomorrow or Friday.

Amazon is always a life saver for me! I always forget about gifts until last minute for weddings, birthday parties, etc and Amazon Prime is always my go to.

We didn't get parents gifts on our wedding day, we thanked them at the reception and then bought them photo albums once we got our photos back!
