Paperless Post Question

Steph, on October 21, 2015 at 11:40 AM Posted in Planning 0 4

I'm planning on using Paperless Post for Save the Dates (and maybe Invites), but can't figure out if I will need email addresses for every individual invited, or if in the case of couples (and families), if one email will be enough. Does anyone have experience with this?! Thank you!

I think it's always better to get e-mails for each of the individuals, although I can't remember totally how paperless post works. Are you able to add recipient names to the invite? If you can then you can definitely do one per family. Why don't you try and send a demo test invite to yourself and your parents and see what it looks like.

I used for STD and invites. I only sent to one email address per couple/family. It worked VERY well but we had a small invite list (25 sent).

Thank you guys! I love the idea of sending a few to close family to see how it works. I can't believe I didn't think about it! I feel like my head is so full of wedding stuff there's no room for original thoughts anymore. You guys are great!

You will need an email for each couple or family. We did this and it worked great!
