Paper Plates?

Chyeanne, on November 5, 2019 at 5:01 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 11
I'm having a laid back reception with a buffet style but I definitely don't want to use paper plates. What do you guys recommend?

We rented porcelain plates from a party rental company. They dropped off and picked up the next morning. Our buffet came with 4 servers who refilled food trays and also cleared plates from tables.

Trying to keep these costs down!! to rent cutlery is even more expensive than going to the dollar store buying them, but for me this is the cheapest option. Theres was a video on amazon that sold me on them, they actually looked pretty good. Hoping thats a fact when I order them. 🙏🏼

There are also really cute Melamine plates you can get at Target for $2 each like this:

We used these disposable plastic plates. They held up really well and looked great. Since our venue was a beach house, guests didn't fill our sink with dishes but everything still looked classier.

We're using hard plastic for ours! I love our plates; they look like Fine China! We got dinner plates & salad plates in this design. Some of them came from Amazon & some came from Webstraunt.

We're going to be getting hard plastic either clear or white with some sort of design. I'd recommend dollar store or webstaurant.com
