Has anyone had all your bridesmaids wear dresses and one wear a pantsuit? My sister says she’d be more comfortable in a pantsuit even though she’s already purchased her bridesmaid dress. I don’t know what to do.

If she'd be more comfortable in a pantsuit then I would let her wear one! I don't think it would look too weird!

I agree with Kyleah. If she would be more comfortable, she should wear a pantsuit. Lots of pantsuits look so close to dresses you can hardly tell anyways!

As long as it's in your colors and it coordinates with what the other girls are wearing it'll be fine for her to wear a pantsuit.

Well I can see what the others are saying but if your vision is all dresses then I would ask her to wear a dress for your day. Check the pant suit out before saying no but as long as she is willing to buy it. It is not uncommon bridesmaids where different styles for their style or body type.

Honestly, it just depends on you and your vision. Me personally, I would not like that. But if you feel fine with it, go for it.

I think a pantsuit is fine. They also make really pretty wedding jumpsuits!

Pantsuits are oftentimes more comfortable than dresses. She's expressed her desire to wear one and she's your sister... no reason not to tell her to go for it.

If she's willing to spend the money, I'd let her do it. My fiance really wanted his sister to wear a tux, but she preferred to wear a dress. So we gave her some guidelines and she went with it.
