Panicking! Bridesmaid dress dilemma

I am so so so upset!!! I went with my maid of honor awhile ago and picked out bridesmaids dresses. I sent photos to all my girls and they loved it. Go up to the counter and the lady put the style number in my
file so my girls can come by individually at their convenience to order their size and pay. Well my girls go to pick up the dress once they have arrived and I’m getting photos. This is not the dress!!! It’s a different style from the same collection. I do not like this dress. I am going to call ASAP when they open in the morning. We all signed paper stating there is no exchange etc but I feel like this is their fault? It’s not like we ordered the wrong size. Am I supposed to make sure the model number is correct?? I thought they would take care of that! I know mistakes happen I am just scared they will tell me they cant do anything.
My wedding may 8 and I’m scared even an expedited order will not be enough time to get them hemmed or altered. Anyone have experience with this? This is not a chain bridal shop buts it is pretty large/ popular in my town.

Not sure about their policies and everything but if all goes wrong and you have to order new dresses amazon actually has some really good ones that can get here in a week. I recently went to a friends wedding and asked her where she got her dresses from because I’m in the market for my girls and was shocked that they were from Amazon. She had a crazy fluke and had to order last minute and amazon came through so just in case they are a good back up plan! Hope all goes well! Good lick

What the heck?? No girl you can demand and exchange. That was their fault. Have them play the security cameras back and they can see you with a different dress. Pull up the pictures you sent to your bridesmaids with the timestamp on the texts. That was their fault, and is their job to make things right.

I would be careful because you did say the order number may have been wrong. If that's the case then the issue is on you ladies not them and they have rights to decline. Like you said call and ask and hopefully the situation is on them and they will rectify. Is the dress a while different style or color or both? Worse case azazzie has great dresses for cheap and check Amazon too.

The order number was wrong. But it was the employee who entered it into the computer. They entered a dress I didn’t pick during the consultation. According to the contract there is no exchanges or refunds so they could’ve denied me, but I was hoping as a company they would do better. Luckily they did and are rush shipping the correct dress. I did not get any sleep last night but at least my dresses will arrive before the wedding! Feeling such relief!
