Panic attack while packing.

Amanda, on September 16, 2021 at 2:39 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 4
So yesterday while packing my childhood room up to start getting ready to move in with FH I had a panic attack. Anyone else have something like this happen. I 1000% have zero doubts so that’s why I found it so weird!

I didn't have a panic attack but the first night it was just the 2 of us after moving in together I did cry in the car after running errands. I think I was just sad that I would never live with my parents again. Because before when I was in college I always knew I could/would end up back home at some point. But even though I was sad to leave them I was still excited for the new chapter in our lives. I think this is pretty normal. Plus moving is stressful in general. Also now I have to share a bed for the rest of my life, so that's kind of a downer lol Smiley xd

Not wierd at all! Every new beginning is some form of an ending, and its okay to mourn that!

Not a panic attack, but I got a lapse of sadness when filling out the form for my marriage license (name change). Something about leaving the name behind I've had for 31 years kind of through me for a loop. It was a weird and almost sad feeling.

When I moved out of my mom's house for the first time, I had a 9 hour drive to my new home, and I had panic attacks the whole way up. Smiley smile I joked that I took a tour of the restrooms along the route. So I totally know what you mean. It's a big change in life so just let yourself experience the emotions and know it's all going to be okay!
