Do you guys envision pairing up your bridesmaids and groomsmen together when walking down aisle? Or are your peeps walking themselves down

All of our attendants walked alone in the processional.

They walked alone in the processional and in pairs for the recessional. It’s supposed to symbolize the union.

I always envisioned pairing mine together. The one thing that made it difficult was that I had a bride man and the other groomsmen weren’t keen on walking with another male. And then I had one groomsmen not want to walk with another girl because he was afraid of making his then wife jealous. So much drama just for that

We didn't have ushers, so the groomsmen brought in moms/grandmas, and the bridesmaids walked down by themselves.

You can have the processional anyway you want. At the majority of weddings, the groomsmen (who sometimes double as ushers) typically enter with the groom. The bridesmaids enter alone. They pair up for the recessional.

There's no right or wrong but make sure you practice the formation of your choice at the rehearsal.
