I should know this by now but how do I message a WW managing member for help? I just realized my account (name and date) says private and I have it set to only people logged into WW and vendors to see my profile. I'm confused why my wedding date and name still say private though when I type in the forum.

Hmmm ok thanks, I will email them. I don't have it and don't think I ever had it set to private so I'm not sure. I must be missing a setting somewhere.

Hi! You should be able to change your forum screen name my going to your Settings, entering a Forum Screen Name, and saving your changes.

If you had enabled anonymous reviews in the past, your privacy settings were updated to reflect that choice (screen name became Private User, wedding date is hidden as Private). This is a privacy setting we have depreciated, but in order to honor your previous selection your wedding date will remain permanently hidden.

I believe i changed my date myself. I think there was a privacy box.
