paging Kate, MNA, Jessica & anyone else DIY invite glue problems

There was a sub-thread on MNA's "I'm back" post about glue for DIY invites. My mom, sister, & I printed and assembled all my invites ourselves. I had thick glitter cardstock, normal cardstock,and kraft paper involved. This roller type glue SAVED us. It's called Xtreme by Tombow. I think she picked it up at Michaels.

    Nice!! I used the super mini glue dots and it worked pretty well, too. They were out of the tape at my local craft shop when. I went.

    We also used glue dots and photo adhesive squares - they worked well for the smaller jobs (after being smashed under a couple of books) but this was for the tags on the belly-bands. I'm fairly certain we should've taken stock in the adhesive industry throughout this process.

    I used Tombow mono liquid glue, highly recommend it! Worked perfect on thin and thick cardstock.

    @futuremrsE that would've worked for us if we were more patient. and we already had most of it done when stuff started popping off - we needed something that would be dried instantly

    @Jessica - I couldn't remember - long day. Dragana helpfully suggested you. I wish I knew there was a wax seal girl! I thought about those, but by the time it came time to be done with them, I was SO over it.
