I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed so I thought I would reach out to get some positive encouragement. I have less than 3 months and I still need to book my cake baker, do a room block, fill in RSVP cards and mail invitations, finish guest list on WeddingWire so people can RSVP electronically, find ways to cut my budget, book my accommodations prior to our wedding, and work 3 jobs while preparing to move into the house we just bought. Oh yeah, I also have to leave the country for a week for work soon and will have limited access to internet. 😳

Depending on when you are going out of country you could bring the envelopes & rsvp cards to finish... my fh works out of state quite a bit so i just send him with stuff to do that isnt a pain to travel with... just a thought?

I would go in this order:

    (1) RSVP cards and mail invitations + guest list on WeddingWire --- those can be done in the same day

    (2) room block + book your accomodations

start researching hotels in the area and start contacting them. here's a mini guide about how to do that, plus an email template: http://planningwithpoise.com/download-02

    (3) cake baker

start pinning pictures of cakes that you like on pinterest (helps to have pictures when you go to your cake tasting), and start researching bakeries and reach out to them for tastings (you can use an email template for this, available here: http://planningwithpoise.com/download-01) - honestly, cake can be booked about 2 months out, so this one is not as urgent at 3 months out.

    (4) cut your budget - that's not really a tasks, you just have to keep your eyes open to DIY or cheaper alternatives Smiley smile

and here's little self-care tip: take a break! here's an article about it: http://planningwithpoise.com/wedding-planning-stress-self-care/

You sound like me. I woke up this morning feeling so anxious and wondering how my fiancé and I are going to get this all done, but after reading the encouraging words you have been given here, I will also just take it one task at a time.
