Outfits, outfits, and more outfits

What all did you buy an new outfit for? Did you stick with all white? I bought one dress for my engagement pictures that I figured I would definitely wear again either for my bridal shower or rehearsal dinner. But now I'm debating if I should get one for my bachelorette party. I've found one that I like that is on sale, but I'm not sure if I should buy it or not.

I bought a dress for our engagement photos and plan on buying one for my bridal shower and our rehearsal dinner. If I have a bachelorette party, it's going to be very lowkey so I'll just wear my regular clothes.

I bought an outfit for engagement photos and for our bridal shower. I'll probably wear the bridal shower dress for our rehearsal as well. I'm not wearing white for any pre-wedding events, I feel like it takes away from seeing the bride in white on the wedding day.

I bought a new cardigan and shirt for my engagement pictures. But I also found a white maxi dress that was on sale for my shower and rehearsal dinner that I plan on wearing.

ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. Hahahaha! I love wearing white so the entire engagement all my outfits were white. I bought outfits for the bach party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, rehearsal, etc.!

I think the only new thing I bought (besides wedding dress haha) for wedding related activities was a shirt for my bachelorette party. Everything else was stuff I already owned.

Actually not true, I bought the dress for our Save the Date photoshoot. But that was just because I knew it was going to get trashed (our photos ended with us in the mud). I got it for $2 at a thrift store. Smiley xd

I bought an adorable white dress that I was planning on wearing for the bridal shower, but now I’m tossing up If I should wear it for engagement pictures too. I don’t plan on buying more outfits so I’m afraid if I wear it then it’ll get dirty before the shower.

I'm the kind of person that uses every excuse to buy a new outfit... So I am probably NO help with this.

I have a short dress I plan to wear on my bachelorette outing. I will not be recycling it for my rehearsal dinner or shower. I can see where you would wear the same dress for your shower and rehearsal dinner though, depending on the style. As of right now, that is my plan - but that could totally change.

I bought a white maxi dress off Poshmark that I plan to wear for my bachelorette and a new black skirt for my engagement photos. I'll likely rewear one of those for my bridal shower and use Rent the Runway for my rehearsal dinner outfit.

I rented a white lace sundress for our engagement shoot from Rent the Runway. It was ~$30 and totally worth it. Will likely do the same for bridal shower/bachelorette/rehearsal dinner and YES I am milking wearing everything in white.

I bought new dresses for our engagement pictures (navy; rewore for Easter several weeks later), my shower (white/blue floral), and the rehearsal dinner (navy floral, less than $20 during a big Ann Taylor Loft outlet sale, and very rewearable). I rewore my Christmas dress from last year for the bachelorette party (white with tons of black, blue, and silver sequins). Wearing white makes me nervous (in general), so I stuck to colors I'd be more likely to wear down the road.

I didn’t buy a new outfit except for my bachelorette party. Only reason I got that was because it was on sale haha but I just wore my favorite dresses to each. Luckily one of my favorite dresses matched with his favorite button up shirt for the engagement photos so it worked perfectly. My bachelorette party I’m wearing jeans, red cowboy boots, a white strappie tank top that says “bride” on it and a leather jacket. Simple, comfortable and cute at the same time!

Like PP, I'm the kind of person that usually buys a new outfit for every event (although, I have a HUGE walkin closet full of clothes). I bought a new outfit for the bachelorette party, rehearsal/rehearsal dinner, a shower (I'm having 3-4 but have only bought one new dress so far), and the getaway for the wedding!

For the bachelorette dress, I say go for it! You have a great reason to buy that dress Smiley smile

I've bought a new dress for my bridal shower. Photos are going to be taken, so I want to wear something I haven't before!
