Hello everyone! Due to Covid I’ve postponed my wedding 3 times already and is now set to be on September 11, 2021. I originally had a guest count of 400 but that has completely changed and has been cut into half. I am in desperate need of your help finding and outdoor venue that can hold 150-200 people in the Sacramento region to a 30 minute radius. My wedding was supposed to happen in May of 2020 and unfortunately the venue I had has been closed this whole past year. I’d like a venue where I can take outdoor food and drinks. I’ve had no luck finding one yet unfortunately so pretty please send me suggestions

I’m in PA and several brides had success with backyard weddings and renting white tents.
A bride who had the same florist as myself, had her wedding reception cancelled 48 hours prior to her wedding due to sudden change in restrictions. The venue delivered her menu to her parents backyard and they had no choice but to move it to their parents backyard. The bride and groom ended up LOVING it!! My mom’s friend was a guest and said it was the prettiest wedding she ever went to!!! Hope this helps with your situation and the right venue comes to you ❤️

Hi Jessica! It's definitely tough right now - between places being closed for a long time, and hopeful fall couples holding onto those wedding dates! Have you also asked your top venues about week day or Sunday availability?
I believe these outdoor venues in the Sacramento area allow you to BYO catering:
The Avery Hotel
Mettler Family Vineyards (but you have to use their booze!)
Vida Buena Farm (outdoor capacity = 120)
The North Star House
Gold Hill Vineyard (also have to use in-house alcohol)
Retreat to The Farm
Old Sugar Mill
