Outdoor Photos in Aurora, IL area?

Hi ladies! I'm getting married at the Two Brothers Roundhouse in Aurora. I'm not from the area, and I'm trying to research pretty parks in the area to take some outdoor photos. Cantigny Park in Wheaton is definitely an option, but it costs $100 just to take photos there.... Does anyone have any suggestions for the area? I'll have a party bus that is taking us to the Two Brothers Brewery in Warrenville for more pictures, so anywhere in that general western suburb vicinity would be great!

Personally, I'd fork out the $100 for Cantigny and call it a day. Your party bus may charge you extra to travel to further destinations, and the park is beautiful.

Have you asked your photographer for location suggestions? If they are local then they should know several places!

Hey Kassy! Welcome to WW, if you are anything like me, I find this site so helpful and addicting!!

I'd talk with your photog, they should have some ideas local to the area!

Also, consider changing your avatar and posting a short into when you get a chance. Tell us a little bit about yourself! I asked my photographer and they weren't a ton of help. They aren't local to the area. I'm hesitant to pay the $100 for Cantigny because if it rains then I'm out $100. Plus I only have the bus for 3 hours, so I really don't want to go too far from the Aurora/Western Suburbs area. This is the second time the Naperville river walk was suggested, so I'll look into that!

I'm originally from Naperville. I would highly suggest the Riverwalk. There's TONS of parks, bridges, water, fountains, and pavilions for you to take pictures under. If you walk around the old neighborhoods by the library, you'll see some really beautiful Victorian homes too!

I went to college in Naperville and the Riverwalk is amazing! I highly suggest it too.
