Outdoor covered options in Seattle for Spring wedding

Can anyone recommend an outdoor “covered” space to have a wedding in March - April in the Seattle area (anywhere up to one hour away).
I’m having a hard time figuring out locations that are beautiful and lush that’s outdoor but also covered so everyone’s not cold for the ceremony. Is it too last minute to plan?
