Outdoor Ceremony-only Space in Charleston?

My fiance and I finally found a great reception venue we love in downtown Charleston that fits our budget! The only problem is it is only for the reception, so we need to find a place for the ceremony that can accommodate our planned ~80 guests. I would prefer outdoors, on/near the water, but am struggling to find a location! Neither of us are particularly religious, so a church does not feel like the most appropriate option. Has anyone gotten creative with ceremony space, or have any ideas of locations?

You can use the reception space for both. Guests can sit at tables during the ceremony. I attended a wedding where this was done and it was really nice. It saves money by only using one space and allows you to splurge on decorations, food, honeymoon or whatever else you might like but wouldn't otherwise be able to do.

Congratulations on finding your perfect reception venue! What is it like?
If you cannot use this venue for your ceremony, does it happen to have any gardens surrounding it that you would be able to utilize for your ceremony?
You could also check out some local parks (depending on the length of your ceremony) or national parks that allow events to be held.
