Our videographer won’t respond

My husband and I need some advice on what to do. We got married 9/8/22 and still haven’t got our wedding video back. They said we should have them by thanksgiving even though they have a 3 month turnaround. We thought nothing of it when we didn’t get it by thanksgiving and thought we would get it by December 8th. It’s December 27th and haven’t heard back from them at all. I’ve emailed them about 2-3 times, sent 2 Instagram DMs, and messaged them through Honeybook. My husband has called 3 times, sent them a Facebook message and emailed them and nothing.
We don’t know what to do anymore. I can see they are active on their business account and her personal account as well. I don’t know what to do at this point. We plan on asking for a partial to full refund because this is crazy.
