I finally remembered to upload pictures of our proposal boxes! I sent mine out awhile ago (14 months in advance...now we are less than 10 months out!) and my fiance sent his two weeks ago. I have 9 bridesmaids, and he has 10 groomsmen. It's a large wedding party, but we are so excited to share our day with our closest friends & family!
For the bridesmaids, I found wood jewelry boxes at Michael's and painted them white, then painted the girls initials on the front and spray painted the box sparkly ($10 per box + $10 in total for paint). Inside, I put the hair ties (Amazon - less than $1 each), a liquor shooter ($1) and some nail polish I got on clearance from Walmart ($1). My girls are in 5 states, so I had to send all UPS besides 1 (one of my fiance's sisters lives nearby).
For the groomsmen, we ordered personalized coke bottles that say "Share a coke with my groomsmen?" on the back ($5 each) and got the fireball bottles at a liquor store ($8 each). The cards we got on Etsy for a little more than $1 each. He had to send all his UPS too, as his groomsmen are in 4 states.
They all said yes! They all had a pretty good idea they'd be in our wedding party anyway, but still! We've already started buying presents for them for the day of. Yay!
