Ok, so we do not have a day of coordinator but luckily having offers from family friends to help set things up. My question is I was watching a video where she suggested putting each centerpiece in an individual box with a picture of what it should look like on the front. So clever! Do any of you have any other helpful tips to have things organized ahead of time. Trying to avoid me needing to be hands on that day as much as possible! Thanks ladies

Pack your planning binder/folder in case someone needs to call a vendor. My MOH and the moms are my support team in case I'm tied up and something needs to be addressed. Nearly every answer to any question can be found in my binder.

Great advice! My brother is my man of Honor. It's so nice to have a guy as the go to person because he doesn't need hair and makeup lol. I'll make sure all the numbers and info are available for him

I had a day of coordinator and I basically made him this document with images of how I want things to be set up.

I have heard this too! Maybe I won't go as far as each individual box but pictures and draw-ups of how things should look and directions is definitely key! I have a set up crew so I need to do this. But I will definitely come downstairs from the bridal suite to ensure it's correct cuz I am too OCD. I would also just do directions/pictures on how you want all your side tables to look like gift/card area, the cake area, the guestbook area.
