Ordering extra save the dates

I'd order at least 10 to 20 more. We had a few flubs, a few people not get theirs that we had to resend and a couple for us.

I mistakenly ordered them for every guest, not household. So I have a ton extra and haven't needed any of them.

Beach, I did that when I was calculating how much it would cost and I panicked because it would have been out of budget! Thankfully I caught it!

I accidentally ordered one for each guest ...i now have 50 wooden magnets in the shape if texas hahah dont be like me , however 22 of my invites got lost and tracking them they are all over the fkn US , so i would definitely order extras of those

@amanda where are you at in Texas?! We're here too I really wanted stds with the shape of Texas printed on them but FH wasn't a fan of the idea

FH would love you guys. He's from San Antonio ( we will probably move there in the next few years) and loves all things Texas!

I needed 50-ish & ordered the next quantity up, 75. I paid for 75 and was sent 100! I have soooo many extras so I framed one for us and my FMIL. But what to do with all the others?! Such a shame just trashing them.

Not to mention the COL is so much lower out there compared to Southern California

We sent out 53 and ordered 65. I was going to order 60 but the options were 55 or 65.

I think it depends on how final your guest list is and how many you want for keepsakes...We realistically knew we didn't need many extras at all but wanted a few Incase we decided to add someone or forgot some addresses in our guest list for minted (which we did and then I had to handwrite them in my miserable handwriting)

We ordered about 15 extra and didn't really use them. However, I've had more problems with the postal service than ever, like at least 4 STDs getting mailed back even though they were addressed correctly. So I'd suggest extra envelopes!

@jamie i'm a huge worrier so I ended up ordering like 20 extra STDS just now, and then the extra 25 envelopes for $10!

I have a feeling i'm going to regret it, but it was only like a $15 difference, so I decided that $15 was worth the peace of mind for me
