Hello, this will be a 2nd wedding for both of us. We are in our early 50s. We have a list of 120. 1... how can we cut it down so we can have it in a restaurant that holds 85? 2... dj or no dj? If no dj, how do we entertain that amount of people for 4 hours on a Sunday afternoon?? HELP please and thank you!

You can make a playlist in a computer or phone and hook it up to their audio system. You can cut 35 people by taking away +1 from anyone who isn’t in a serious relationship, family you’re not particularly close to, friends that you only speak to once in a while, basically only invite those who you couldn’t imagine the day without.

For a Sunday afternoon, a DJ isn’t necessary. A playlist is fine, and/or a live musician during ceremony & cocktail hour with a playlist for the rest of the reception.
