Open RSVP

Some of my wedding guests are having a hard time submitting their rsvp online. Not because of the wedding site, but because they are not typing the Url correctly. I admit, I did make it a little long. I'm thinking about sending them the link via email. Do you think this is tacky? Do you have any other suggestions.

I think if they've reached out to you then sending it by email should be fine. When is your RSVP deadline? You could always send it that day/week as a reminder to submit their RSVP if they haven't already.

If people are having a hard time and have contacted you about it I think an email is fine so that they may just click and get to the site. But I probably wouldn't just send it to everyone at once like one extended CC list if you know what I mean?

Hi Shalonda! I highly recommend making your wedding website searchable!! (under Settings in the website editor)

All that means is that your guests can search for your website by your name on WeddingWire. So when they go to WW.com they can click on "Find a Couple's Website" and search for you by name. If your website is not searchable - they can not find you this way!

When I have used rsvp websites for parties, I had the capabilities of adding the rsvp in manually, which was nice for the older folks that don't use computers... if it's only a few people, can't you just put it in for them?
