Hey! Looking to do online RSVP options. But of course I'm complicated.
Here's what I want:
Unable to add guests. I don't have room.
No meal selection. You eat tacos, nachos, chips and salsa, s'mores, or cupcakes or you starve.
Ability to add song requests.

I didn't like WW, the knot doesn't have this function (that I can find) does Zola or Minted? Do these things even exist?

You just have to edit the menu part out that’s all. It’s only possible on a computer though

Yes we have Zola and people can only RSVP for the number in their party and we have no meal selections

I did Minted and it has everything you’re looking for! I was able to add custom questions (I used it for names of plus ones and dietary restrictions) and you set the cap on the max number attending for each guest/couple/family so they can’t tack on extras.

I made a mock-up account on several different wedding websites and ultimately chose Zola for the same reasons you listed! I really liked their rsvp features!

On Zola you can add any question you want with multiple answer choices. I made websites on the Knot and WW and just no. Zola is where it's at.

Zola has all that. I really like their website setup and the RSVP setup.
Only people whose name is on the guest list can type their names and choose to RSVP, if their name doesn't pop up, there is no RSVP option. So randos can't just add themselves or a +1.
As someone else said, you can choose a bonus question or whatever (such as song suggestion/choice, dessert choice, food choice, whatever) You type the question and either pick multiple choice answers or they type in the answer.
I'm also pretty sure you can RSVP for someone if for some reason they don't have access to computer or don't know how to.

I am interested to see what you select as I am thinking of doing paper invites and online RSVP. I also want to do the song suggestion from guests too! I looked at joy.com as well as WeddingWire.
