Online RSVP sites

MsBee, on September 14, 2017 at 7:25 PM Posted in Planning 0 36

Hello all,

I am thinking of having an online rsvp website instead of mailed rsvp...Does anyone know or can recommend a great website? Thanks

I think WW has that option on their wedding site once you put in your guest list.

I sent some RSVP in the mail and others in had a link on the invite. I spent so much time contacting people because they didn't do.it online. I had maybe 3 do it

248 of 250 of our invited guests responded online, through our TheKnot wedding website, 10 days before our due date. Even my then 87 year old grandmother was able to do it and she admits to primarily using her computer to play games.

I'm considering doing the same on the knot. Interested to hear more experiences.

I know you can save money, but I like the idea of a traditional card in the mail. However, the last wedding I went to, my FH rsvp'd online for us and it was painless.

I am using the WW one. I like it. It is very easy to keep track of mailed and online RSVPs. I worry about the online only but some people here say theyve had good luck. Others, not so much.

We used the wedding wire, we included instructions on the back of our details card with how to use the website. I had two people say they couldn't find themselves (insert eye roll) our deadline is today, out of 226 invited, we are waiting on 53 people (not couples) to respond. It's so easy to use their guest list manager, and I just print out or email my FMIL a list every time we wanted to see an updated count.

We used the option that WW offers but it wasn't a wildly popular option for our guests. I am assuming it was because we also sent a self-addressed and stamped envelope in the invitation for the response card. There were some who did both, then others who didn't do either....that part was annoying.

We paid for a website through Appy Couple and they have a RSVP function we will be taking advantage of! We will send a smaller RSVP card with our invitations stating the website and code as well as an email and both our cell numbers in case they can't/don't want to go to the website!

Yes, you can use Wedding Wire. That's what we're doing, through our wedding website, and we haven't had any issues yet *knock on wood*

We are using WW - if you set it up right its right there for them to click on Smiley smile - I also included a Text option or call for my 94 yr old grams. So far we are doing well with it!

I used the Knot because I liked their designs better. I still gave the option to RSVP by mail, which is what most people still did.

I did online RSVPs through WW. My invitations went out last Wednesday and I already have 70 replies back.

We used Evite. Worked great. For the old people who don't know how the internet works, I just had their grown kids RSVP on their behalf. I would never use snail mail in 2017 to send invitations to anything. It's not who I am. People who couldn't be bothered to check the Yes or No box by the due date -- especially given the repeated reminders and follow-up calls and emails -- were removed from the guest list.
