Online RSVP Follow up

Forgive me if this has already been answered, I tried to search but didn't find anything specific to online. We did all online RSVP's (most of our guests are very tech savvy) with an RSVP date of May 1st. As of today we still have over half of them missing, funny enough all the less tech savvy RSVP'd first lol. I am wondering how long would you guys say I should wait till reaching out to people? Should I do it not since there is nothing that would be coming in the mail, or give them till say Friday?

I'd start calling today, you won't get everyone on the phone the first time. That way they have time to reply to your message and it leaves you enough time to call again if necessary.

Since they don't have the excuse that it's in the mail then I would go ahead and started following up now.

Mine was 5/1 as well.

Send a gentle reminder today that says "just checking to make sure you rec'd our wedding invitation since our RSVP due date of 5/1 has passed." Provide the link to RSVP - that should prompt them to send it in. If they don't within a few days, then your next note should tell them that if you don't hear from them within x amount of days you'll have to mark them down as a decline.

Thanks all!! I managed to reach out to everyone with the link and now I am down to 48 outstanding versus the 90 I had this morning! We had an issue with people not seeing the RSVP link, which was 100% my fault because the lady that made our invites convinced me to use a business card sized card for the RSVP info to save me a little money (which was nice of her) when I should have stuck to my gut and just paid the extra .50 per invite for the full sized. No harm no foul though.
