One wedding band or two?

I like the symmetry of one band on either side of my engagement ring but I don't care for making the band wider as it can make the center stone appear smaller. What is everyone doing?

    I got two a plain one and a diamond one. I was originally just going to get the diamond band as my real wedding band and get a plain, inexpensive band (silver, titanium or tungsten) for more casual days. Blue Nile had a sale on the plain band that matched my e-ring so I splurged and now have two that I'll wear together

    I am just doing one to start. I didn't want to take away from my engagment ring too much.
