Hi everyone! For our wedding we're looking at having it at a beautiful but very "bare-bones" venue, so there are a number of elements we're looking to rent ourselves. Does anyone know of places where you can rent dinnerware, linens, table runners, fans, and some catering supplies? Flowers would be amazing as well but I know those tend to be specialty. 3-day rental is ideal.

There will be different companies depending on your location. Go to the vendor manager on wedding wire and search under "event rentals". Places that rent these items usually have the word "events" in their name.

We found a company that’ll rent almost everything we need! So definitely search for these companies and compare what they offer, as some only offered a few items. It would be very expensive to have 5 different companies bringing different items, since you’ll have to pay all their delivery and pickup fees

Your best bet is local party rental businesses. They rent out many different options of items. Also check with your caterer to see what they offer for rentals.

That is a lot cheaper than purchasing and more secure than going with a random website.

Our True Value hardware store had everything we needed from tables, chairs, place settings, linens, ceremony arch, outdoor heaters, tent, portable bar. Will just have to google probably!
