Do all of these items have to be something to wear or take down the aisle?

Typically, i think that's what people traditionally do. i'm not sure if now in modern terms do people do something different with them.

That's entirely up to you. It's also ok to skip it if you choose.

The old can be something you already own that you're wearing or carrying. The new could be your dress. Borrowed could be jewelry or a veil or something else. Blue can be a pedicure or a blue ribbon on your bouquet.

Traditionally it goes down the aisle with you in some form, yes, but it isn't a huge deal either way. Some people skip it entirely. My something new will be my dress and old will be the diamond studs my grandfather gave my grandmother before he passed that I got as a graduation gift. Not sure about borrowed or blue at this point.

Wearing a new dress, old/borrowed pearl
earrings from my grandmother and a blue garter.

Thank for your help clarifying and suggestions. I am actually needing a suggestion for something other than jewelry, I believe I have all the jewelry I am wearing that day. Plus, I am looking for something unique.
