Ohio Brides, Come in, Come in!!!!

I think an Ohio meet up would be great.

I know that we have tried it before, but nothing has ever come of it. I have a lot going on but I would love to have a lunch or dinner date with some Ohio brides!

Cincinnati, woot woot!

Both of my sisters live in the Cincinnati area and have for 20+ years. And now my Mom as of a year ago lives up there too... so here I am all alone in Orlando (well I do have FH!).

My nephew is actually getting married in May, but he goes to college in Berea, KY and that is where his FW is from so that is where the wedding is going to be. But I am excited to take a weekend trip to Cincy.. It has been over a year since I have been!

I am also from Ohio- Cleveland area. Tony's Cupcake, you are a brave woman planning an outdoor ceremony in April- I am a freeze baby...but I guess there really is a difference between Southern and Norhtern Ohio. I'll have my fingers crossed for you!

Laura, check-out Sandusky's town center- there is a pretty clock tower and fountain that make for a beautiful photo backdrop.

Tina, I did three weddings at Michaud's last season. They did a great job and the courtyard worked well for pictures.

Ana, I did a wedding at the Sheraton Cuyahoga Falls this winter. Unfortunately, the bride and groom didn't get to use the falls overlook because we had just had an ice storm BUT we did get some great shots inside. We used the elevator and took some pictures in the restaurant area.

Ohio brides, it is great to see you... and I am impressed. There are quite a few late 2011 and 2012 brides on here that have both their wedding and reception locations booked. You girls are put together!

I'm an Ohio bride Flying 15 hours back to Ohio just to have the wedding, in fact! Born and raised in Solon, wedding is at Landerhaven (and yes I already know that there will be other events happening at the same time).

I'm in Ohio. I'm about 2 hours northeast of Columbus. I moved to the town I'm in over 10 years ago.

Good luck to anyone planning an outdoor wedding in Ohio. We all know the weather does what it wants when it wants. We don't have specific seasons. Lol.

Also- If anyone is still looking for a dress I highly recommend Universe Prom and Bridal in West Lafayette, Ohio. I know it can be a long drive for some of you but trust me, it is sooo worth it. I'm not in OH but I'm really close by in Pittsburgh We are hoping to get to Cedar Point this summer for a weekend getaway.
