Check out Facebook groups for weddings in the Williamsburg area! Search Facebook for something along the lines of "Williamsburg Brides" or "Williamsburg Weddings", and put a post in the group listing your wedding date, budget, and that you're looking for an officiant, and you should get recommendations from brides or even responses from officiants who meet the criteria. WeddingWire also has vendors listed, check out the link that Lynnie posted in her comment!
