So my officiant at my wedding was drunk is it still valid? Groom and bride were not drunk?

    As long as you were consenting as the participants signing the marriage license, then yes. Even when people get married in Las Vegas (completely trashed) they are still allowed to get legally married.

    If he signed everything in the correct place and did all he was supposed to for your county i'd say yes. If you are unsure i'd contact the clerks office. That was awful wow

    Yikes! Should still be valid though, as long as the marriage license is otherwise okay!

    I'm just floored!!! You should be ok, but as Laura suggested, call your clerk's office to make sure everything was filled out and signed correctly. It's really the license that matters. I would also recommend a review to let other couples know what they might be in for.
