Officiant still active in San Diego Ca?

We are trying to get married on May 20th in a small 10 people intimate wedding at my Fiance's apartment, but cant find anyone to marry us. Wedding will be in National City CA. Anyone know of anyone or have a contact to reach out to. Getting desperate here 😔

I’m not sure if SD courthouses are taking appointments again, but you could get a Deputy Commissioner license for a day so a friend could officiate. We did that for our wedding and everything was squared away within 3 weeks (that’s including mailing time since our officiant lived in Ohio). I’m sure it’s faster in person.

I highly recommend against having 10 people inside an apartment right now. I'm also in CA and besides the fact that we're taking the stay-at-home orders extremely serious, this is a really risky move concerning the health and safety of those 10 people.
If you're going to get married this month, I suggest a Zoom wedding. I'm in LA and I know our courts are mostly shut down, but I've heard about people being able to obtain marriage licenses online.

Thank for the advice and concern. It only our mothers, his son and his sister. Really it's only about 6 people including us and 1 with the officiant. I hear you, but I think it would break our moms hearts to not be present given that I still live with my mom.
