How do we find a non-denominational officiant? Or just an officiant in general? We aren't sure how to choose people or even where to start looking. SOS.

    I used Thumbtack. Much cheaper than the ones listing on Wedding Wire. Found several options and was very happy with our eventual choice.

    I just looked up “officiants near me” LOL
    We ended up just asking my grandpa to marry us though

    We asked a close friend officiate our wedding. We felt is would be more meaningful if we had someone who truly knew us to perform the wedding. The fee to get them licensed is nominal.

    Hi Amanda! Try searching under the Vendors tab here on WeddingWire! You can choose your area and limit the search to "no denomination" when searching for an officiant.

    We are getting the mayor of our town to do it for us! Look at government officials in your area as well! Ours is doing it for free as a wedding gift.

    I would check on here, but also ask your vendors if they have anyone on their preferred vendor list. You can also just google for officiants in your area. I did this for some vendors, and then cross-checked them on here for reviews.
