Thought it would be ok but my venue just let me know that July is a no go. I’m hoping for late August. Still gonna go get married on my original date- July 25, 2020. Wedding was supposed to be in Napa but now I think my fiancé and I will elope in Tahoe. Disappointed but not devastated.

How many people were you supposed to have?
At least Tahoe is a beautiful place to elope! I'm sorry you have to postpone though and I hope that you will be able to have it done in August. Wishing you all the best.

Oh wow your venue actually told you they’ll still be closed by then? Ours is supposed to be 7/17/20 in Vacaville and our venue hasn’t said anything yet so we’re just in a weird limbo not knowing what to do 😔

Yeah my wedding is going to be at a private home that has hosted many weddings. The owner owns a business and Napa and she doesn’t feel comfortable and I understand. I don’t want to feel held back on my day in terms of masks or social distancing or whatever... I’m willing to wait it out for normalcy. Good luck to you. The stress was getting to me so I get where you are.
