Of course I get a pimple right before e-pics.

FutureMrsH, on April 6, 2016 at 6:57 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 27

I have a huge pimple on my forehead and I have engagement pics on Friday. I get these every now and then, and they usually go away within a week or so. This one popped up overnight and HURTS. Any tips to get rid of it? I'll put a picture in. It's more like a hard cyst.

Tea tree oil really helps when they don't have a head! I also really like GlamGlow SuperMud!

Makeup also ask your photographer to work with the other side of your face

I don't like doing it but If I need to get rid of one really quick I use rubbing alcohol.

Buy that rapid pimple cream and leave it on but first clean it with alcohol!!!!!! Again tell you photographer to take the attention away from that side of your face.

Ugh, sometimes I get those cystic pimples too and they are the WORST. DON'T PICK! Can you see a dermatologist quickly for an "emergency" fix? Honestly, your photographer will probably just need to edit it out.

These are very easy to photoshop out. Your photographer would not even need to worry about it during the photo session since it's so easy to edit.

Your photographer should be able to buff that right out like it was never there!

I heard that you can go to a dermatologist and they can inject it with cortison (I think) and that makes it go away fast.

I have an allergy to tea tree oil so I don't use it. I have always used (and my daughter used the day before my wedding) is a little cold on it then mix some benzoyl peroxide with some hydrocortisone cream. It treats it and heals too, nearly overnight. It seems to take down the inflammation.

    ICE!!!!!!

I got a big zit on my cheek the week of the wedding! I was soooo nervous. I tend to breakout here and there. Usually I put the usual creams, etc. I was OBSESSIVE with treating this one properly. I iced it on and off all day plus used a regular zit cream and it helped SO MUCH. If you are home, ice for 10 minutes, take if off for a bit, then ice again. It will go down a lot. Its kind of annoying, but desperate times call for desperate measures lol

It's going to be so hard to not touch it or try to pop it but DONT! There are 24 hour overnight gels that work wonders

Omg that happened to me when we did ours. It was terrible!

Ice it and leave it alone. And it could always be photoshopped

Toothpaste. It sounds crazy, but it works the best, especially on the deep painful ones.

I feel you. I've been so stressed I just broke out and literally went online and ordered all the pimple products. All the boxes arrived today. FH must think I'm crazy. I have no advice yet, as I'm diving into the various purchases tonight!

Try some Mario Badescu drying lotion overnight. They can be bought at Ulta or Sephora.

So this may not work for everyone and if you have really sensitive skin, don't but putting toothpaste on it helps me get rid of my worst pimples quickly. If anything, the photographer will be able to photoshop it out! Hope it disappears before Friday!!
