October brides

Hey my fellow October brides!! What time are you guys getting married? First look or pictures after? I don’t want it to get dark too soon and my fiancé really doesn’t want a first look

Not quite October but we’re getting married September 25 around 4pm and planning to do photos after ceremony. If it’s getting dark you can probably get some pretty moody photos though with the sunset!

Still trying to figure out the time but possibly 2 or 3pm to start. And definitely first look pictures! My FH isn’t one to get super emotional so I want to get a ton of pictures while we’re all freshly ready and before all the craziness starts 😊

I totally understand. We are thinking 3:30. My fiancé would rather not do a first look

I’m probably no help because our ceremony starts at 11:00am. We are doing family photos prior to (my family at 9:00am, his family at 10:00am) and then photos with us and with family after the ceremony during cocktail hour.

We're getting married 10/9/20, at sunset, we're doing a first touch in the stead of a first look.

I’m getting married 10/10 with the ceremony starting at 4. We are doing first look at 215ish and then we’ll have extended cocktail hour with the reception starting at 630 and we’ll do family photos and couple sunset pictures right before!

We're getting married at 6:00pm but it will be inside. We're doing a first look before so we can enjoy the company of our guests longer instead of taking photos for an hour.

Okay, ideally I would have love later but my fiance does not want a first look.

I love the idea of a first touch. Will you also be doing pictures after the ceremony?

We're getting married 10-10 in Georgia, outdoor ceremony. I looked up sunset time and it will be 7:10pm. I knew I wanted evening dancing so I worked backward from that time and came up with a ceremony time of 4:30pm.

We are probably going to fake 1st look and 1st touch pictures (pictures will be taken after the ceremony) Lol!

I was really against it also but it's just easier for us from a logistical standpoint. We plan on breaking tradition and staying together the night before anyway so might as well keep on with the nontraditional things lol
