Hello everybody!
Just curious where is everyone at with planning.
I always feel like I’m forgetting something.Currently I have all my vendors. I have all of my DIY Macrame projects done. Wedding colors and themed picked out. Guest list finished. Bridesmaids dresses picked. Details about ceremony/ reception decor Program timeline Is there any little details for ceremony and reception that most checklists don’t have ?

Hi Crystal! I made a detailed timeline that I shared with all vendors, including each vendor’s phone number. It made the day so smooth! For example, what time the DJ planned to arrive to begin setup, time the florist team arrived, etc. I had the venue coordinator’s contact info listed in case one of the vendors was locked out, etc. our cake vendor needed to know when our florist would be onsite to put flowers on the cake, things like that. The vendors then could directly contact each other rather then call the bride. Worked great! A tip I got is confirming when your linings will be on the tables. Two other weddings I know of, the florist arrived and couldn’t start their work because the linens weren’t on the tables yet.

If I could do my wedding again, I would have mapped out exactly when the bridal party walks out to the music in advance. I didn’t think of it till the rehearsal and it was really stressful getting the timing right. Hope this helps! ❤️
