Ochi or Negril?

What is the difference? I have been researching on this site and it seems like most everyone is going or has gone to Ochi. Could someone please give me some insight?

We are going to negril! I haven’t been before only to Montego Bay but I’ve heard negril has the best beaches! We are staying on 7 mile beach!

I am looking into Negril as well. I've gotten a price for them through Sandals. After researching on this site, I saw where some people used Secrets Resorts as well. I am waiting to hear back from them about Montego Bay.

We're doing Negril as well, because if you stay at the Sandals in Negril you also get access to the nearby Beaches resort, which is a family resort by the same company, and is like a 10-15 minute walk down the beach. FH was excited about a resort with a waterpark, and this way we can still have the adults only all inclusive, but still walk to the family friendly waterpark resort.
