I attended a wedding this past weekend, but sadly I'll refrain from posting photos, because the couple is quite private and I would imagine they wouldn't appreciate me sharing their news, however, I wanted to share a few things that I noticed:

1. They had no aisle decor, and I didn't even notice until now that I'm thinking about it. You don't NEED to spend piles of money on decorations, etc. People are there to see you and support you in the beginning of your marriage!

2. The ceremony was outside and it was a beautiful day. They had a table with a few candies, water, and juice boxes which were very much appreciated by guests with the warm weather.

3. Unfortunately they had so many people standing up taking photos during the ceremony that I couldn't really see. They also didn't microphone it (90 people came to the ceremony), so I couldn't hear the vows etc. I was sitting in the middle, not even at the back.

Thank you for posting! My FH and I have been fighting about whether or not we need a microphone for our outdoor ceremony with 200 guests... Definitely going to make him read this.

And the comment about aisle decor is interesting.
