Hi all!
Manhattan Penthouse on 5th in NYC is our venue for our wedding (postponed!). We had great interactions with them until September when they laid off their core planner Monika and now i cannt get ahold of anyone. Is anyone else using this venue and have you had any luck? Their phone goes straight to voicemail and emails just go unanswered. Were just trying to see if they are alive ...

Unfortunately, with all the shutdowns, a lot of places are struggling just to keep up with basic communications.
