nyc Coordinator Costs

Hey Lauren! Within the state of New York, the average wedding planner costs between $1,200 and $3,000, or at least that's what the WeddingWire cost guide says. You can read more about DOC and partial planning prices nationwide specifically by clicking the link, but those quotes sound a little on the steep end for me, even considering NYC prices.

Hi There! I'm a wedding planner in NY who does partial planning as well and that pricing is accurate for that service. Partial planning typically includes help securing some of the vendors, putting together all of your logistics (timeline, floor plans etc), communicating with your vendors and being on-site the day of. That seems very expensive (although NY is the most expensive place to get married in NY).

I was quoted $2,500 by a couple of day-of coordinators.
