For any NY spring brides out there, I saw that over the weekend Gov. Cuomo tweeted that he's issuing "an Executive Order allowing New Yorkers to obtain a marriage license remotely and allowing clerks to perform ceremonies via video conference."
I looked at the Dept of Health website, and didn't see any information about getting the license there yet (just about getting marriage certificates virtually) but hopefully there will be some information soon.
Hopefully this helps anyone who wants to get married on their day still but didn't have the license yet
