NWR: Ugly Christmas Sweaters

I told FH I want to have an ugly sweater party so I can buy this nerdy one.

This was mine last year... ugly sweater VEST! It had a million things attached to it haha.

Hahahah yessss!!! I love the new themed ones, I want to convince FH to get the skyrim edition!

This is our fourth ugly christmas sweater party (but we're calling it 2nd annual since it's the 2nd time that we've thrown it in our community!). I am unfortunately terrible at remembering to take photos. This year I plan on making this one:

@Spazzytazi Oh my gosh. I love that. I completely forgot about that movie and how much my sister and I loved it.

I made mine one year. Sadly I dont have a good picture :[[. Just picture pom poms glitter fabric paint and tackyness

Edit: I made two and my cousin and I wore them black friday shopping lol

I love it Elizabeth! Maybe next year when I'm not saving like crazy for a wedding I'll make one I really want to go to an ugly christmas sweater party this year!

I don't think this really counts as an ugly sweater, b.c I think its amazing. I want it so bad but it's sold out & I don't have an ugly sweater party to wear it too haha

I convinced FH to let me have an Ugly Sweater Party this year. This is the sweater that I have worn in the past. I strategically used a set of battery operated lights and poked them through the sweater to make it light up. I won best sweater 3 years in a row with this baby. I think it is time for a new one though.

I'm getting one of the NFL themed ones this year! Last year at WeddingWire I went full Christmas onesie. Red with white snowflakes

@Ally Our sweater party is on December 5th if you want to come I'm just using dollar store stuff so I'm hoping to keep the cost under $10.

The other idea I had was when I was little we took green and red paint and made wreaths with "berries" on a sweater using our hand prints. I might do that...

Mine was a sweatshirt, not a sweater, but I attached the ribbons and bells.

I found an awesome one at walmart that was star wars themed. I'm gonna go pick it up this week!

We made these! My favorite part of them would have to be the jingle bells I sewed on. I think this pic was from 2013.
